When we processed your order - you will have received shipping confirmation email from Aurelia Atelier containing a DHL eCommerce Asia consignment note number.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as courier service pick up the package. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72 hours after placing your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com / IG / FB with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available in selected postcodes and only from Retail & Cafe @ Cheras. Place your order before 11am for same day delivery and choose "Pick up at Retail & Cafe @ Cheras".
Inform us via email / IG / FB with your order id and we will prepare it. You can assign rider to pick up your order once it's ready.
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel.
