Does Aurelia Atelier have Retail Store?

Is any online sale applicable in-store?
Unless otherwise stated, if a sale is available online, it will be for online purchase only and not available in our Retail Stores.
Are all collections available in-store?
Most of our pieces are available in our Retail Stores but not all collections are available at all times in all locations. We have some collections that just available in-store only.
What are Aurelia Atelier's jewellery made of?
All our jewellery is exclusively designed and made in Korea. Our jewellery pieces have been lovingly crafted and many of the components are put together by hand.
Most of the jewellery on Aurelia Atelier is costume jewellery, unless stated otherwise. Jewellery is made of materials that are less valuable than fine jewellery, and usually feature cubic zirconia stones rather than precious gems. Our metal pieces are usually nickel free, titanium, 92.5 silver sterling, stainless steel, and gold plated unless stated otherwise.

Are your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our jewellery are hypoallergenic. It's Non-allergenic, Lead free and Nickel free. It's suitable for sensitive skin.
Are your jewellery nickel free?
All our jewellery are Lead free and Nickel free.
I don't have earhole, do you customise clip on earrings?
Yes , We can customise it into clip on earrings! These are resin clip on earrings. It is super lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. No pain at all!
Does your jewellery come with gift box?
All jewellery will be send to you with a gift box.

How can I make payment?
You can make payment via iPay88, GrabPay, Funds Transfer | Cash Deposit, Atome PayLater or Paypal.
For iPay88 accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and eWallet (TnG, MAE, Shopee Pay, Boost and so on)
For Funds Transfer | Cash Deposit, you can pay via online manually or ATM/Cash Deposit.
For Paypal, International Order.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as courier service pick up the package. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72 hours after placing your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org / IG / FB with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long is the delivery duration?
At Aurelia Atelier our shipment sent out from Monday – Friday.

5 - 7 working days to East Malaysia

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available in selected postcodes and only from Retail & Cafe @ Cheras. Place your order before 11am for same day delivery and choose "Pick up at Retail & Cafe @ Cheras".
Inform us via email / IG / FB with your order id and we will prepare it. You can assign rider to pick up your order once it's ready.
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.
Can I return my product?
We apologies if the item you received is unsatisfactory product such as defective or wrong item. We will accept returns within 7 days period.
How do I proceed for a return / exchange?
Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days upon from the day you received your order and we will be happy to assist!
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of return orders?
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s) except for defective / wrong item and tracking number has to inform to our Customer Service.
If my jewellery gemstone drop, can it be repair?
We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones. If not, fees might be charged based on the material within 12 months.
Can I drop my repair product at retail store?
Yes, you can drop your repair product at our store. You can come back to pick up once it's ready.
Please allow 7-10 working days from the date the product is received at our studio for your repair to be completed.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of repair product?
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the you.
