At Aurelia Atelier, we sell quality jewellery and strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction. All our jewellery is exclusively designed and made in Korea. Our jewellery pieces have been lovingly crafted and many of the components are put together by hand.

We will accept returns within 7 days period.
- Returns must be sent back within 7 days upon from the day you received your order and has informed to our teams. (We'll not allow any exchange if you fail to return the item(s) within the stipulated time)
- Item(s) cannot be worn or damages and it must be returned with tag still attached. Item(s) must arrive in the original packaging provided.
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes except faulty / defective.
- Sales / Clearance item(s)
- Dissatisfaction such as the jewellery doesn't look good on you (too small, too big, too short, too long etc).
- Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and are subjective.
- Defect does NOT include removable dirt.
- Bent / Dent 925 sterling silver post (needle). Due to the nature of the 925 sterling silver for earring posts, it is normal that it may get slightly bent. Rest assured that your jewellery are not damaged or defect. Please gently push the post back into its original spot to re-align the earring post.
We reserved to right to reject any return item(s) if does not meet the conditions.
Refund would only be done in form of Store Credit, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- Item(s) only be returned in exchange for same value Store Credit with 60 days from the date of issue. Store Credit can only be used once, not applicable with any other discount code.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s) except for defective item and tracking number has to inform to our Customer Service.
- You are responsible for the returned item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain the proof of mailing.

While Aurelia Atelier makes every attempt to ensure that the online boutique reflects the availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be refunded the same amount in form of Store Credit
Jewellery Warranty & Repair
Aurelia Atelier will repair the jewellery within 12 months after the date of purchase. We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones.
Common jewellery issues that would not covered under the warranty :
- Improper care, or damage resulting from misuse.
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Bent, dent and damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.
Please note, because all our items are handmade with specially selected stones, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item(s).
Please allow 7-10 working days from the date the item(s) is received at our studio for your repair to be completed.
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the you.
