At Aurelia Atelier our shipment sent out from Monday - Friday by using DHL eCommerce Asia. Order will be process on the next day and customer will be received the order within 1-3 working days (West Malaysia) / 5-7 working days (East Malaysia) / 7-14 working days (International)

When we processed your order - you will have received shipping confirmation email from Aurelia Atelier containing a DHL eCommerce Asia consignment note number.

Ring DHL eCommerce Asia on +603 2779 2300  and provide them your consignment note number - they will then tell you the status of your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipment sent out from Monday - Friday using Aramex / SF Express

International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days to arrive. Please note that there may be delays due to customs processing.
