Does Aurelia Atelier have Retail Store?
Yes we do! Check out our in-house Jewelry Cafe at Cheras and Retail Store at Publika. Click here for the locations.
Is any online sale applicable in-store?
Unless otherwise stated, if a sale is available online, it will be for online purchase only and not available in our Retail Store.
Are all collections available in-store?
Most of our pieces are available in our Retail Store but not all collections are available at all times in all locations. We have some collections that just available in-store only.

What are Aurelia Atelier's jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is exclusively designed and made in Korea. Our jewelry pieces have been lovingly crafted and many of the components are put together by hand.
Most of the jewelry on Aurelia Atelier is costume jewelry, unless stated otherwise. Jewelry is made of materials that are less valuable than fine jewelry, and usually feature cubic zirconia stones rather than precious gems. Our metal pieces are usually nickel free, titanium, 92.5 silver sterling, stainless steel, and gold plated unless stated otherwise.

Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our jewelry are hypoallergenic. It's Non-allergenic, Lead free and Nickel free. It's suitable for sensitive skin.
Are your jewelry nickel free?
All our jewelry are Lead free and Nickel free.
I don't have earhole, do you customise clip on earrings?
Yes , We can customise it into clip on earrings! These are resin clip on earrings. It is super lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. No pain at all!
Does your jewelry come with gift box?
No, for eco-friendly shipping, we combine all jewelry items into one box to reduce packaging. If you need a gift box, you can select Gift Wrapping or a Hard Cover Box, and we'll individually wrap each item in its own box.

How can I make payment?
You can make payment via iPay88, GrabPay, Funds Transfer | Cash Deposit, Atome PayLater or Paypal.
For iPay88 accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and eWallet (TnG, MAE, Shopee Pay, Boost and so on)
For Funds Transfer | Cash Deposit, you can pay via online manually or ATM/Cash Deposit.
For Paypal, International Order.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.

How much is shipping?
RM8 to West Malaysia | RM12 to East Malaysia
Free shipping to West Malaysia when purchase over RM120
Free shipping to East Malaysia when purchase over RM150

How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as courier service pick up the package. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72 hours after placing your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@aureliaatelier.com / IG / FB with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How long is the delivery duration?
At Aurelia Atelier our shipment sent out from Monday – Friday.
2 - 3 working days to West Malaysia
5 - 7 working days to East Malaysia

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available in selected postcodes and only from Jewelry Cafe @ Cheras. Place your order before 11am for same day delivery and choose "Pick up at Jewelry Cafe @ Cheras".
Inform us via Email / Whatsapp / IG / FB with your order id and we will prepare it. You can assign rider to pick up your order once it's ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
We apologies if the item you received is unsatisfactory product such as defective or wrong item. We will accept returns within 7 days period.
How do I proceed for a return / exchange?
Please contact our Customer Service within 7 days upon from the day you received your order and we will be happy to assist!
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of return orders?
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s) except for defective / wrong item and tracking number has to inform to our Customer Service.
Warranty
If my jewelry gemstone drop, can it be repair?
We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones. If not, fees might be charged based on the material within 12 months.
If my jewelry broken, can it be repair?
Please contact us via Email / IG / FB with the product photo. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item.
This warranty does NOT COVER damage caused by neglect, accident, alteration, storage of item or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials. Damage such as broken part and split earrings post are NOT COVERED.
Can I drop my repair product at retail store?
Yes, you can drop your repair product at our store. You can come back to pick up once it's ready.
Please allow 7-10 working days from the date the product is received at our studio for your repair to be completed.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of repair product?
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the you.
Rewards Program
How do I redeem a rewards product?
- Redeem the selected product from the rewards program.
- Once redeemed, a CODE will be displayed along with its expiry date, and the points will be deducted.
- Copy the code and click Apply Now.
- You will be directed to the product page. Add the item to your cart and paste the code into the discount code/gift card field.
- Complete your purchase and enjoy your reward!
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 1 year.
Will my code expire once I redeem it?
Yes, your code will expire 30 days after redemption. Please use it within this period.
