Jewellery Warranty & Repair
Aurelia Atelier offers complimentary jewellery repair services within 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Gemstone resetting (if you provide the fallen stone or if we have suitable replacements)
- Repairable broken chains
If replacement materials are unavailable or additional work is required, fees may apply depending on the materials and complexity of the repair.
Common jewellery issues that are NOT covered under the warranty:
- Lost items
- Improper use or storage of your item
- Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
- Bent, dented, or damaged items due to neglect, accident, alteration, improper storage, or other factors not related to manufacturing defects
- Damage such as broken parts or split earring posts
- Natural pearls and freshwater pearls: Due to their delicate surface and organic nature, pearls are not covered under our warranty. We recommend gentle handling and avoiding exposure to moisture, cosmetics, and perfumes.
We reserve the right to void the warranty on item(s) showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond 'normal wear,' as determined by our jewelry professionals.
Repair
Please note that because all our items are handmade with specially selected stones, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair every piece.
Please allow 7–10 working days from the date the item is received at our studio for your repair to be completed.
The cost of return postage and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

If my jewellery gemstone drop, can it be repair?
We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones. If not, fees might be charged based on the material within 12 months.
If my jewellery broken, can it be repair?
Please contact us via Email / WhatsApp / IG / FB with the product photo. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item.
This warranty does NOT COVER damage caused by neglect, accident, alteration, storage of item or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials. Damage such as broken part and split earrings post are NOT COVERED.
Can I drop my repair product at retail store?
Yes, you can drop your repair product at our store. You can come back to pick up once it's ready.
Please allow 7-10 working days from the date the product is received at our studio for your repair to be completed.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of repair product?
The cost of the return parcel & re-delivery will be borne by the you.
Are pearl jewellery covered under warranty?
Due to the delicate nature of pearls, pearl items are not covered under our warranty. However, if the chain or clasp is repairable, we’ll gladly do our best to fix it. Please handle pearl pieces with extra care to preserve their natural luster.
