At Aurelia Atelier our shipment sent out from Monday - Friday by using DHL eCommerce Asia. Order will be process on the next day and customer will be received the order within 1-3 working days (West Malaysia) / 5-7 working days (East Malaysia) / 7-14 working days (International)

When we processed your order - you will have received shipping confirmation email from Aurelia Atelier containing a DHL eCommerce Asia consignment note number.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, same day delivery is available in selected postcodes and only from Jewelry Cafe @ Cheras. Place your order before 11am for same day delivery and choose "Pick up at Jewelry Cafe @ Cheras".

Inform us via Email / Whatsapp / IG / FB with your order id and we will prepare it. You can assign rider to pick up your order once it's ready.

What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender?

If the parcel is returned to the sender after multiple delivery attempts, it may take an additional 14-30 working days to be processed and returned to us. We will reship the parcel, but you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

Please note that no refund will be issued in such cases, especially if the return is due to an incomplete address. Kindly ensure your address is correct and complete before placing your order.

What happens if the parcel is refused?

If the recipient refuses to accept the package, it will be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. This includes cases where the refusal is due to an unwillingness to pay the applicable duty fee, taxes, or related fees associated with the package.
