Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Reservations are not accepted. Orders must be checked out by 12pm daily.
• Shipping date is estimated to be at the Early of June. Rush orders are not accepted, and self pick-up is only available at our Retail & Cafe in Cheras.
• In the event that an item is out of stock, we will either issue a refund or store credit. No refund for late shipment.
• Items with minor flaws will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
