How to care for my Sterling Silver Jewelry?
As soon as you purchase your sterling silver jewelry, you want to take steps to keep it looking beautiful.
❈ Cleaning sterling silver can be done with warm water and mild dish soap.
❈ If your piece has tarnished, you can try using a paste made from baking soda and water.
❈ Wear your sterling silver regularly. The natural oils in your skin can help prevent tarnish and shines.
❈ Wearing your jewelry while doing chores, though, can accelerate tarnishing, especially using lotions, hairsprays, or perfumes while wearing your jewelry can also speed up tarnishing.

Do you offer a warranty for your jewellery?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This includes:
❈ Free gemstone resetting (if you can provide the fallen stone or if we have a suitable replacement)
❈ Repairable broken chains
Additional charges may apply depending on the materials required.
Please note: The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, any modifications or repairs by third parties, and pearl items, as pearls are delicate and naturally prone to surface wear.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
