Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% silver, and 7.5% of other metals, most commonly copper. This precise balance allows the alloy to retain the visual properties inherent in silver such as the shiny surface and cool tone, yet taking on the strength of the other metals added to create durability.
The resulting alloy is much more practical, as well as cost-effective, than pure silver. Those with metal sensitivities will also find that most sterling silver is hypoallergenic and will not irritate the skin.

As soon as you purchase your sterling silver jewelry, you want to take steps to keep it looking beautiful.
❈ Cleaning sterling silver can be done with warm water and mild dish soap.
❈ If your piece has tarnished, you can try using a paste made from baking soda and water.
❈ Wear your sterling silver regularly. The natural oils in your skin can help prevent tarnish and shines.
❈ Wearing your jewelry while doing chores, though, can accelerate tarnishing, especially using lotions, hairsprays, or perfumes while wearing your jewelry can also speed up tarnishing.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 12 months from the date of purchase. We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones. If not, fees might be charged based on the material.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
